[00:30] <titus.tallang> you might wanna bump that one down a notch
[10:26] <ccp_fozzie> If you're talking about the fact Rorquals can use it, it's something we knew about before release and we're happy to see where it leads and nerf it if it leads to unfun places
[10:28] <xttz> yeah, panic mods and industrial cores both push it over the mass limit anyway so I doubt there's anything too broken
[11:55] <capqu> guut morgen team
[11:56] <capqu> @ccp_larrikin sorry 4 being rude in ur thread, but any chance of actual feedback today?
[11:58] <capqu> i mean you clearly read mine and others feedback and cherry picked around them
[11:59] <capqu> the easy already-answered garbage
[12:02] <capqu> i mean the vast majority of feedback is overwhelmingly negative
[12:02] <capqu> and you just ignored it all and answered some questions you literally already answered in the OP
[12:34] <ccp_larrikin> capqu [12:16 PM] why on the bomb changes <- Regarding Defender Missiles: We think its cool. It gives interesting counter-play to bombing runs (while providing interesting counter-counter play), and it gives us more design space work with bombers and different types of bombs. Regarding Minimum Velocity: Its bad complexity, and essentially a bug fix.
[13:16] <steveronuken> breaks out the fireworks bombs.
[13:25] <titus.tallang> fireworks bombs??
[13:25] <titus.tallang> trigger a festival missile from the explosion location at every vessel in range
[13:25] <titus.tallang> please tell me that is a thing that will exist
[13:33] <ccp_fozzie> triggering one on every ship within range seems more like the domain of The Friendship
[13:34] <titus.tallang> aw
[13:34] <ccp_fozzie> which I still totally want to do someday :slightly_smiling_face:
[13:35] <ccp_fozzie> Highsec capable Titan with no weapons but special fireworks bonuses and the ability to distribute gametime to everyone within range of an AoE "love explosion"
[13:36] <titus.tallang> we'd totally start a fundraiser for that
[13:42] <titus.tallang> i have my highsec fireworks naglfar but i can rarely fly it because we're always at war :disappointed:
[18:56] <titus.tallang> random noob trap of the day while you're tangentially here ccp_fozzie
[18:56] <titus.tallang> why do ancil shield boosters allow loading of larger charges
[18:56] <titus.tallang> e.g. why can i put 800s in an xlasb
[18:57] <titus.tallang> there is no situation i can think of where i'd _not_ want 400s
[18:57] <titus.tallang> seems like purely a fitting trap for newer players to fall into
[22:25] <jezza_mcwaffle> Regarding the Rorq I was kinda surprised it didn't make use of the Fighter Support Unit module (or it's own version) which increases the mining performance of the drones at the expense of using up your high slots. That way you have to choose between having some form of tank (in regards to fitting), boosts (for group work), or max yield (solo work) to stop it becoming the all in one solo pwn mobile machine. Alot of my indy friends and pl'ers are basically saying that theres a real focus now on getting rorq alts and sticking them in relatively safe null areas (like dronelands or anywhere with capital defences) because of how powerful they are for solo mining. The combined truckton of isk they make on their own and safety from local tank and panic mode seems inbalanced for what used to be a group boosting machine.
