[10:37] <exooki> what is the fall back for #8 on the Gdoc when there is no asset safety location?
[10:37] <exooki> i recognize its extremely unlikely that we see courier contracts used in wormholes, but even a private one, citadels can die, and Whs have no asset safety
[10:40] <exooki> within my corp courier contracts are fairly likely, since my own guys will have access to maps etc so they can bring stuff in for me. if our citadel dies does he just keep the stuff and lose collateral?
[10:40] <exooki> less a scam concern, just making sure we have a plan
[10:44] <exooki> my recomendation would be to fail the contract, for a wormhole corp, if the destination citadel dies, it is likely the corp is losing their home entirely, and you wouldnt want that stuff coming in anyways
[15:33] <nasantha> I guess it could well be down to trust for the hauler to just deliver it to a new place chosen by the creator of the corp and then doing an item exchange for the collateral. This could cause some issues when collateral >> actual value but would be a work around.
[16:27] <exooki> well that same mechanic was shot down for standard k space stuff for being too easy to scam with, and i think it would be ideal to have a solution that isnt tons of special cases
[16:28] <exooki> my interactions with the Wh community suggest that our ideal course of action is allowing the courier to "return to sender" where they picked it up, and return the items for the collateral
[16:28] <exooki> if both the start and desto are gone ( both WH citadels) then just fail the contract
